Keystone Bank does not review the posts/comments made byVendors or Users and is not involved in the actual transactions between Vendors, Buyers, Users and any other third Party. Therefore, Keystone Bank does not guarantee the quality, safety, authenticity, fitness for purpose, or legitimacy of what is being offered for sale by the Vendor or that the photographs/videos displayed by the Vendor, belong to that Vendor or are a true representation of the Product.

You are advised to confirm quality, quantity and relevant payment and ensure conformity with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and expected standards before payment. There are no guarantees that a Buyer or User has the capacity to purchase any such product.

You are advised to meet the Vendor or Buyer in a safe and conducive environment to consummate a transaction. If you do not feel comfortable with the Buyer, Vendor, product, or the environment where the sales transaction is to be consummated, you are advised to immediately withdrawfrom the transaction and do not purchase the product.
