Meet the amazing podcast duo, Feyikemi Abudu and Jolaoluwa Ayeye, famously known as FK & Jollz. These fantastic ladies have become the queens of podcasts in Africa, all in just six short years with their super popular “I Said What I Said” (ISWIS) Podcast.

Feyikemi Abudu is a go-getter when it comes to business, boosting recycling in Africa, and giving a voice to people who need it most. She learned about business at Stanford Graduate School of Business and studied chemical engineering at University College London. She’s such a big deal that she even made it onto the Time 100 list, which celebrates people changing the world due to her role in the 2020 End SARS protests.

Now, on the other hand, Jola Ayeye is a creative whirlwind. She’s a fantastic writer, storyteller, and producer who’s all about exploring modern African culture and making sure it gets the attention it deserves worldwide. She studied politics and philosophy at the University of Durham in the United Kingdom. As a writer, she’s had a big impact on a bunch of TV shows, including “Far From Home” and “The Smart Money Woman.” But that’s not all—she’s also the creative boss at Salt & Truth, a famous production company in Lagos, and she’s the genius behind the “Happy Noisemaker,” a super cool book club.

Their podcast, the ISWIS Podcast, started in 2017 with the simple goal of having a fun chat about their lives as young adults in Lagos. But it’s grown into something way bigger. Now, they use it to have all sorts of famous folks and influencers share their amazing life stories with listeners.

And guess what? These ladies are all about feminism. They’re huge supporters of equality and making sure women’s rights are protected. That’s why they’re like a magnet for women looking for inspiration and empowerment.

But there’s more! FK & Jollz have used their podcast to spread the word about some incredible opportunities, and they’ve even put on some exciting live shows in Lagos, Abuja, Accra, and London.

These women have made a huge following on social media. They’ve built a community of strong, independent people who stand up for what they believe in.

Just recently, their awesome podcast was picked as one of the top three in Nigeria to get Spotify’s amazing African $100,000 Podcast Fund. This fund is all about recognizing the impact they’ve had in the podcast world and helping out 13 creators who deserve it. Additionally, they won the Pulse award for Podcast Influencer of the year!

We’re so excited to see women thriving in any field they choose, and we hope this inspires you to work hard and give your best in whatever you have passion for!
