If you’ve ever scrolled through Instagram, laughed till your belly hurt, or watched a YouTube video that made you instantly want to try a new makeup look, then you’ve probably come across at least one of these fabulous ladies. They’re young, talented, and have turned their passion for content creation into serious wealth.  Let’s meet our queens!

1. Maraji (Gloria Oloruntobi)

You know that friend who can switch accents, personalities, and outfits in a snap? That’s Maraji. She started making short Instagram videos just for fun, but her talent for acting out multiple characters in one scene quickly made her a comedy icon. She often plays all the roles in her skits and still makes it feel like you’re watching a whole cast. She is one of the few content creators with absolutely no miss! Despite juggling the responsibilities that come with being a wife and mum, she remains consistent with the back-to-back content, and we just love her for that.

2. Taaooma (Maryam Apaokagi)

Ever heard your mum shout from the kitchen, “Go and bring me my slippers!”? Taaooma has turned those everyday Nigerian family moments into comedy gold. She’s famous for playing multiple family members in her skits, especially the no-nonsense Nigerian mum. She started making skits while in university, and now she’s one of the most bankable comedians in Africa. She is also the CEO, and founder of Chop Tao, a food company, and directs for The Greenade Company, a cinematography firm.

3. Dimma Umeh

If makeup tutorials were an Olympic sport, Dimma would have a gold medal. She’s a YouTuber who’s been teaching us how to slay our looks for years, mixing beauty tips with lifestyle and fashion content. She started on YouTube back when it wasn’t the “cool” thing to do in Nigeria, now she’s one of the most respected beauty influencers in the game. She is currently happily married and still chasing her dreams.  One thing to learn from Dimma is that consistency will take you places and get you some pretty sweet brand deals too.

4. Priscilla Ojo

Daughter of Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo, Priscilla has built her own empire in fashion and lifestyle influencing. With over 3 million followers on her account, she has made a significant impact on social media. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from Babcock University in Nigeria. Throughout her career, she has promoted various brands, including Tecno Mobile Nigeria, Cindy Total Weight Loss, and lots more. She is also happily married, navigating motherhood, and having the time of her life while getting the bag!

5. Tomike Adeoye

Tomike, aka Olori Ebi, is that friend who lights up every room she walks into. Her journey began as a radio host and TV presenter before she ventured into acting, winning hearts in Jenifa’s Diary and on EbonyLife Productions. From there, she grew into a sought-after content creator and influencer, collaborating with global brands like Google, Meta, and Maltina.

Today, Tomike is charting a new course as the co-founder of Mallia World, a hair and beauty brand, and as Managing Director and CEO of LightHill Studio, a space where content creators, photographers, filmmakers, musicians, and businesses bring their visions to life.
