These leaders are not only shaping the future of the bank but also demonstrating the power of inclusive leadership and the impact of women in decision-making roles.

Lady Ada Chukwudozie

At the helm of Keystone Bank’s leadership is Lady Ada Chukwudozie, the Chairman of the Board of Directors. With nearly three decades of experience across business strategy, management, and corporate governance, she represents the strength of visionary leadership in Nigeria’s corporate landscape.

Her professional journey spans the oil and gas, manufacturing, and energy sectors, where she rose through leadership roles within the Dozzy Group before taking on the chairmanship of Keystone Bank. Beyond her corporate accomplishments, she is also a strong advocate for women’s empowerment and rural development through initiatives that support female entrepreneurs and professionals.

Fola Akande

She is a Non-Executive Director with over 25 years of experience in legal practice, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Her career journey spans major institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank and Cadbury Nigeria, where she held senior roles managing legal, compliance, and financial crime risk. With her expertise, she brings strong oversight and strategic legal guidance to the bank’s board. Beyond the corporate world, she is also deeply committed to mentoring young professionals and supporting social causes that improve lives.

Susan Abisola Giwa‑Osagie

She is also a Non-Executive Director. With more than three decades of experience across insurance, banking, and corporate governance, she has played transformative roles in multiple organizations across Africa.

Her work in business development and strategic expansion helped grow insurance portfolios significantly and establish new ventures across different markets. Today, she continues to lend her experience to Keystone Bank while serving on multiple boards and advisory committees, championing responsible governance and sustainable business practices.

Nnenna Ayim Okoro,

She is the Executive Director, South & Corporate bank. A seasoned banking professional whose career spans several international financial institutions. She has built extensive experience across electronic banking, transaction banking, and corporate banking, holding leadership roles in institutions such as Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Stanbic IBTC.

Her strategic expertise in digital banking and corporate client coverage has contributed to advancing innovation and customer-focused solutions within the financial services industry.

Maiyegun Helen Iyabosa

She is the Directorate Head, Lagos & West zones who brings over two decades of banking experience spanning corporate, commercial, and retail banking.

As a senior leader within the bank, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to mentorship and empowerment. She serves as Chairperson of the Keystone Bank Women Economic Empowerment Committee, an initiative that supports policies and programs aimed at empowering women both within the bank and in the wider community.

Dr. Eucharia Ken‑Agbiriogu

She is the Directorate Head, South Zone, whose banking career spans more than 25 years across operations, corporate banking, and retail banking.

With academic achievements including an MBA and a doctoral degree, she represents the powerful combination of education and experience. She has also participated in executive programs at globally recognized institutions such as Harvard Business School and INSEAD, strengthening her leadership capabilities and bringing global perspectives to the bank’s strategy.

Olayemi Sule

She is the Group Head of Retail and Digital Banking. With over two decades of experience in financial services, she plays a central role in driving the bank’s digital transformation and retail banking strategy.

Her career spans investment management, risk management, and operations across several financial institutions, giving her a broad perspective on how technology and innovation can improve banking experiences for customers.
